Go to www.olympusamerica.com click the link for product support and then go to the Digital Recorder section and click on the link for the VN-4100PC and then click the link for Instruction Manuals. There you will be able to download a PDF copy of the instruction manual.

Purchased an Olympus VN-4100PV digital voice recorder a couple of months ago at Radioshack. (no software came with it)
Recently purchased new PC with Vista 64-bit. Recorder will not work. Called Olympus today, 12-3-08 and was told no driver is going to be issued to remedy this situation, thus rendering my device useless.
