view devices and printers you should see your webcam from there

click start control panel
administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager scroll down image
devices you could see a yellow question mark?
right click to reinstall
drivers or update driver
also during a video call at the top of your
screen you will see an option to for a video call using yahoo messenger this
might vary if you are using another messenger service
