It seem lost electricity to head micropiezo. Replace board, and check small circuit at head carriage. If you wish repair yourself, check for f2 mounted fuse at board.
The OKI 5200 is a 'GDI' or Windows only printer and does not support PCL or PostScript languages. Most if not all of the printers listed support either PCL or PS or an inkjet based language. I'm afraid you will not be able to print the the 5200 without it's driver loaded on the PDA. If the 5200 supported PCL you would be able to choose any of the Color HP Deskjets.
