I have a 20kva UPS(APC),some time it is showing battery temperature exceeded upper limit

A termination voltage is a voltage that either indicates the charger should stop a phase or stop all charging. When batteries begin to wear out some or all of the cells can overheat when the charger attempts to bring them up to a termination voltage but cannot reach it efficiently, and thus heat (sometimes a lot) can be generated.

This is my first take on the problem. One should check if the battery is actually hot when the message says it is. If it's not then the problem is with the sensor or the software.

How i can change input configuration of APC SURT15KRMXLI from single phase to three phase

http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/KCHY-94P5CN/KCHY-94P5CN_R0_EN.pdf?sdirect=true Try page 6 of this document. It shows the connections and jumpers required. Make sure changes are made by a qualified electrician/technician who knows what they are doing so as not to damage UPS and not receive electric shock

Smart UPS VT 10KVA fault "Mains Not Available. Input Freq/Volt Out of Range". All phases input and output giving the expected voltages 240V and frequency OK at 50Hz.

Sounds like you hooked up the input to the UPS on the bypass. Either way either way your input is not there. Also make sure you configure the UPS prior to placing online.

APC BACK-UPS ES 500VA fails to provide back up during power failure

Get APC Powerchute Personal Edition for free and run it. If it says your battery isnt charged, check its voltage disconnected. Charge it with a car battery charger and see if its still a good battery. If not , replace it. If the battery is good, then check the charging voltage. Should be about 14 volts. if not, check the small transformer on the main board. Should be 120 in and 17 to 18 out. 4 diodes in a bridge for charge. The input to the transf has small fuse into it alone.

Silcon DP360, 3-phase 60kva, 400v, year 1993 1. Its old but working perfectly, after I changed the battery bank, because of collapsed cells, it still runs as expected but, I cant get any power readings...

#1. You should call APC Technical Support. It's free, and they will help you. You should get voltage even without a load on the unit.

#2. There is a Tripple-Slot unit for this device. It's specific for the Silcon based units. Read the manual, and there is a PN that you need for it. If it doesn't say SILCON, then it won't work. (I tried).

Charging apc 800va through home generators

The reason of this is the UPS cannot adopt on the frequency that is being generated by your home generator. you should use APC smart ups series coz smart-up series can work on a wider input frequency range.
