Try taking the spark plug out and see if anything sprays out when you pull start it if so put finger in the hole and pull a few times clean plug and put plug back in should start.
Hi you mentioned that you defo getting spark is that from spark plug against side of engine, try this put a very small amount 50/50 pet oil inside cylinder head through sparky entrance screw spark plug back in try it now if it pops abit no matter after 5 times you have a carb prob float faulty jets blocked, blocked feed line, Advise you need a bowl petrol no smoking wash carb in it blow clean jets put back only when all is clean check petrol tube sometimes they go hard and block up make sure petrol is getting to cylinder head, hopes this helps

Drain the tank also and run the engine dry, as when the fuel evaporates, it leaves a varnish residue which coats the small pasageways in the carburettor. Hi. I've been looking online and there's no information about this model. However this is how to tell which fuel it uses. If it has a spark-plug it burns petrol. Diesel engines don't have spark-plugs they use glow plugs which are different. Spark-plugs have a spark gap which the spark jumps across while glow plugs do not.
If it has a separate place for putting oil, and a dipstick for checking the oil level, then the fuel is petrol only. If it doesn't have a place for oil then the fuel is petrol mixed with 2 stroke oil. I hope this answers your question.
If it runs on petrol or a petrol/oil mix remove the spark plug and sandpaper or file clean the 2 metal parts at the end so the spark can jump across easily.
Pour 5ml, about a teaspoonful, of fuel into the opening where the spark plug was. Dip the end of the sparkplug in the the fuel so the spark gap gets wet and replace the plug.
Try to start the engine. The fuel that you poured into the plug opening should ignite and the engine should attempt to start. You may need to repeat the process 2 or 3 times. Don't be tempted to pour in any more than 5 ml of fuel at a time or you'll flood it.
If this doesn't solve the problem it may be because petrol was left in the carbuerettor when it was left up for the summer. This causes a gel to form in the carbuerettor jets. If this is the case the carburettor will have to be stripped down and the jets cleaned. It's best to get a professional to do this unless you have experience of doing it as there are lots of small parts to get back together.
Before putting any petrol burning engine away for a few months it's necessary to not just empty the tank but to let it run until it burns up all the fuel in the carbuerettor and comes to a stop itself.
Put some oil in with the gas to seal the rings into the cyl. Also if the spark plug has black carbon on it.......it may not start.
If you have seen spark....did you check that with a spark checker? Just because you see spark jump on the plug "out of the cyl "does not mean it will jump on the plug "in the cyl" under compression.
If it's trying to start then this would indicate that it is getting spark to the plug's (if its a petrol) Check if it is getting fuel ( petrol or diesel) Its most likely a fuel problem. If petrol check the carb. first pake off the intake at the top of the carb. and pour a small bit of petrol in and try starting it should start up for a few second's if this work's check the fuel lines filters etc. If its diesel check fuel filter an and if its clean then it could be drawing air into the system usually at the filter simple check is disconect the fuel line to the filter and the one fron the filter to the pump. join these two pipes together get a suitable piece of pipe that will fit tightly between them try turning again mite take a bit of turning as the system will have to bleed itself.
