My external Ice & water dispenser is not working. The Ice bucked is full but the ice does not come through as well as the water does not flow through.. Apparently the engine is not working because I no longer hear the sound of it. In the digital display there is a sign of ER 1F which most likely is an indication of a type of error that is occurring. I do not have the user manual anymore and then can not identify by myself what may be the situation. Does anyone knows ?? Many thanks

could be frozen water fill tube to Icemaker. or solenoid water valve is not opening when ice maker calls for ice. there are 2 separate solenoid valves : one for dispenser another one for ice maker.
