Can't download Palm Desktop for Treo 650

Hi Mark, we would like to acknowledge that we have received your email and would like to thank for taking the time to write to us. We are quite concerned over your experience. I understand that you were not able to download the Palm™ Desktop Software for your Treo 650 smartphone because it will not direct you to download the software. I have simulated your issue in downloading the software and indeed it will not direct you to download the software. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Input such as this is important as it enables us to hear directly from you our customers on how we can improve our services. We have taken note of your comments and forwarded them to the appropriate department for further review. We would like to inform you that the Palm Desktop software is available for free download from our Palm Support website. However, we still don’t have the Treo 650 version available, but you could obtain a replacement installation CD if your still within the 1-year warranty period by ordering it from our Palm telephone Technical Support center. You may refer below on our policy on replacement CDs: * For customers whose hardware is within warranty and their CD is defective or missing, we send out a replacement pack without charge after escalating and exhausting all troubleshooting steps. * For customers whose hardware is within warranty but their CD has been lost or damaged, we replace for a $14.95 fee.
