The LD-620 appears to be a Ricoh Aficio MP-C2051 or C2551.
You should be able to find a parts list on the net. Whichever one looks the same as your lanier (who don't make anything) will be the one.

Lanier doesn't seem to have specific drivers for windows 8.1, but you may be able to use the windows 7 drivers, here:

Hello sir; I believed you talking about LD045, am I right? In this model it doesn't have waste toner bottle, the only place you can clean is imaging transfer unit, after you cleanup the message will be disappear.
Hold the up and down arrows together for 10 seconds, and press ok. Select 2, for engine. Scroll to 7 or data log, press ok. Scroll to 7807, press ok, execute, exit all the way back to engine, and select 3 to end. Turn printer off and on. Try it. It is a fuser code, and it just might be dirty where the sensor touches.
