Switch off, put in spin/drain cycle and switch back on; check water is fully drained and then check filter. If not all drained, lower hose to ground level and drain to a bowl.
hi there......most likley cause is a blocked or defective drain pump....if the water cannot get out of your machine due to the faults above it wont rinse drain or spin
The pump fiter is probably blocked.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Locate, and remove large black hose on bottom of tub.
Remove plastic filter inside, and clean.
Refit filter and hose.
Should now be o/k.
Before you do anything, lay the drain hose down into a bucket or bowl, and drain all the water out, so you do not have a flood when you remove the hose.

Thanks.
yes.dose it drain, see it must drain before it can spinso if water is standing in it it wont spin and that would mean your pump is ither blocked or reciving power but not working.
This is a drain problem. Most likely something caught in the pump which
is accessed by removing the small panel at the rear/bottom of the
machine. The pump slots in place and can be removed by lifting and
shifting to the left. Unscrew the pump off or remove the pipes will
reveal all.
