Just purchased Serif Complete Arts & Crafts Creativity Suite which will not install using auto run or through My Computer. Tried another computer to see if first computer was working ok. Software would not install on second computer either. My computer has all the system requirements as outlined on your cd packaging. Please can you advise how I can get this cd to install?

Try to clean your CD's thoroughly before installing it and "run it in administrator account"........

the disc is scratched and cant be read

ok what happened to it because you didnt say that so did it delete itself rir it stop working and you tried to install again answer this and i will help you

It's recommended that you check the specs for the software and make sure you have at least the minimal system requirements. For any version of Photoshop you want at least 1G to 2G of RAM.
