My DVD drives would not read DVD's. I downloaded Microsoft Fix It Center software and fixed Windows media player. I had corrupt files that would not let my drives read DVD's. After the corrupt files were fixed my drives work just fine.

Options Available 1) Change the resolution and check the DVD. 2) Reinstall the driver software. 3) Have warranty go back to the seller.
4) Check whether the same drive is readable with old cds or protected cds. If the same is the issue 5) Check by installing the drive on other laptops (if possible) of the same make.
hi if you mean cant find the blank dvd check it first, can read the cd or dvd check the device manager about your dvd drives is ok or notif dvd can read but cant write on dvd check 1st for viruses otherwise need to change
