My washer pours water out of the front of the machine through the soap dispenser door. The dispenser is shut, so why is this happening. It also leaks slightly through the bottom of the door. We have had numerous problems with this machine right from the get go. We had to have the pump replaced as it would not spin out clothes, and it shakes really bad, even though the machine is level. My biggest problem right now is the water though. Any suggestions?
Pull the top off by removing the screws on the back of the top of the washer then the top will push back and left off. From the front reach down on the left side , there is a hose that gos from the bottom of the soap dispenser the gos into the front of the drum, you should be able to pull it out of where it gos into the drum chances are there issomthing stuck in it or there in the drum where the hose gos in. Note you may have to take the screws out of the soap dispenser and push it back a little to get your arm down in there to get ahold of the hose.
