Check this path.
c:\program files\u.b. funkeys\radica games\funkeys,

check if the file fallout.rdf exists!!! in case of not, reinstall your software or upgrade with the file patch001.exe, that you can find at funkeys official site.
If the file exists, some times connection is hard to establish between HUb and character, try pushing down your funkey or slightly slide side to side the funkey.

you can go at "compatibility" and choose Windows Vista or Windows XP. but this is not helping for running the game... only installation worked after that.
Now I try the Adobe flash player thing...
