The Music On Hold (MOH) is not connected on the KX-T7630 Phone but rather to the phone system. You will need to get an extension from the phone system and connect it to the KX-TVM50/200 Voice Processing System (VPS). Incoming calls are then answered by the extension connected to the VPS ... i sugest you get a Tech to help you with setup or get an online programmer to guide you on hardware setup and he does the programming for you.
If your old phone was an extension on the system and it is a TVA voice mail product, you dial the VM access code (usually 500) and when it answers you dial #6 * and your old extension.
You now appear as you would have if you had pressed MESSAGE or dialed 500 from your old phone.
When you bought the phone system, it was either installed by a professional installer, or you got some sort of instructions. A Panasonic phone system of the TDA/TDE/NCP type rings phones by Incoming Call Distribution Groups (ICD). The main group is 1 and usually is numbered 601. Extensions are members of an ICD group(s) and the number of rings can be programmed for No Ring, Immediate ring, or delayed rings of 1-6.
You can turn off the ringing, but keep in mind that CallerID only displays on a ringing phone or after you answer it. So, if you somehow have access to program 620 and 621, then you can change it from a phone, if not, you'll need access to the maintenance console of your particular phone system.
I don't wish navigating in 620/621 from a phone on my worst enemy and it's beyond the scope of a free forum to instruct you on how it works. I suggest you call your Panasonic service tech.
You don't "lose" the manual, it comes on a CD. The Panasonic system probably has a TVA voice mail system and it requires you to change the Auto Attendant greeting from the message manager's mailbox. If you don't have the passwords for mailbox 998 and 999, you need to contact someone who has them and a layout of the system.
Your Panasonic technician can guide you through the process.
Assuming you have a TDA/TVA system, pages 45-50 describe how it was probably installed. WIth personal custom service, it is the easiest one to make changes on. We usually set it up as an ICD group, which gives everyone 3 digit access from everywhere, but you have to have access to the system programming to change numbers.
Your phone can work on different Panasonic phone systems that program differently. I would need to know the model number of your phone system to look up specific information.
Until I get that info from you. Most systems can only be turned on and off from night mode at one phone station (usually the operator) but others will let you program a programmable key on any phone to do this. It's also possible to enter a function code from any phone on some systems.
Does it say Night Mode on a display? How do you know it is in night mode? If it is on a display, is it on all the displays or just one? If just one then that is the phone that can turn it off.
Sorry I couldn't up load the manual for you but here's the link for you:

You'll find all the programming settings on Pg 9. You'll need your "Pin code". I could not find anything on how to clear it if you forget it. You may need to go to a service center or call one.
Good luck
Where can i find settings and advance settings?
