I received a electric car jack from Heartland of America and had to send it back to them because the plug didn´t work for my 2008'Toyota Highlander and the 1999 Ford Taurus. they replaced the jack and it still doesnt work. I contacted you by phone and was assured that you would send me another unit within 3-days. Its been 2-weeks now and still no replacement

This could be related to the alternator not working as the electric system fails. How does the car run? If it is rough then it could be engine trouble, otherwise alternator or electrical drain.

In your car there should be an auxillary jack located in the glove compartment where you can purchase an auxillary jack and insert and plug into your Ipod in the headphone jack.

Unfortunately diesel leaves a residue in the lines and on the injectors.
There is only one cure for this, take out the injectors and get them serviced and flush all the fuel lines out with clean gasoline.

Check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail on top of the motor. Diesel fuel tends to be "dirtier" than gasoline, and I'd be willing to bet the fuel filter is stopped up.
