Beep Why does my camera beep?

Every camera I've ever worked with only beeped once to confirm the focus lock. If your camera still takes in focus pictures, I would say "don't worry...be happy".

yes it is sposed 2 beep when you are takin a pic. too tell u its done taking.

sorry to hear you are having this issue. well the problem is your lens. the len motors have locked up and are stuck the lens needs replacement. repair run any where from 75.00 and up in most cases.i repair these all of the time.let me know if i can help out any further.
