Moisture has caused a little short in between the contact under th keyboard.

I would recommend to open your phone and gently wipe any moisture under the keyboard..

1) Remove Battery
2) Remove 2 #6 torque screw from rear top of phone
3) Using a prying tool remove base of phone ( where the log of the phone company is
4) Remove 2 more #6 torque screws
5) Remove side chrome cover ( Snaps on)
6) Lever in between front and rear case and pry open gently
7) Wipe gently and re-mount in reverse order..
It should work

My blackberry won't send or receive either texts or calls. But I can still do everything else like browse the web or send bbms..

This problem could be due to the lack of GPRS service. GPRS stands for General Packet Radio Service, and it's what allows your device to access data. The first thing you should do is perform a soft reset. If that doesn't work, perform a hard reset. After both resets, check your wireless antenna signal strength. The antenna should show GPRS. If you can still make phone calls and access the Web, then your GSM service is still available. Try sending yourself an email . Does it work? If it doesn't, call your BlackBerry provider. Sometimes, your service could be delayed due to a billing problem or to downtime on the network.

Some text messages not coming through on blackberry bold

Firstly, I suggest you do a battery pull. A battery pull fixes everything with a BlackBerry.
If that doesn't work, you need to go to Options, Advanced Options and Host Routing Table.
Then press the BlackBerry button and select register.
This will register your device with your network and should push through your text messages again.

How do I get my email. I have already put my sign on name and password for aol. I have a Blackberry , Storm cellphone.

Have you subscribed to BlackBerry email? If not then you will not have email "pushed" to your phone. Pushed email is where the messages automatically appear on your phone without having to visit your email webpage to check for new messages.

If you have a SIM which allows internet access then you can simply use that to browse to your email webpage.

If I have answered your question then please take a moment to rate my reply. if not then please add a comment with an answer to the question I started with, and also state the country, network and call plan which you're on and I'll try to provide a more tailored answer for you.

My blackberry will not let me click on anything

Usually the button membrane under the track ball goes bad. If you're out of warranty try to remove the trackball and push the membrane back in place, clean it if necessary. There is a Blackberry Repair Guide that shows how to open a Blackberry and remove the track ball yourself. Once it is open it's as easy as peeling the membrane off the logic board, scratching its bottom with a flathead screwdriver. There are also third party blackberry repair services that will do this for you.

Blackberry curve 8330's blocking mobile network

Sounds like you're in a dead zone. If not then ...

Check in the upper left corner... IF:

1x = you are not connected to any data at all - No emails, text, internet will work send/receive.

1xev= you're connected to data but not blackberry usually the same as above though sometimes you might get lucky and receive only text/pix messages.

1X= Phone calls only. Usually no data (email, text, web, etc)

1XEV = everything is connected and you should be working fine.

If you have 1XEV (upper case and lower case matter ALOT...everything should always be UPPERCASE) and you're still having that problem then go to:

options> advanced options> host routing table

In the host routing table click the button to the left of the roll ball (called the blackberry button) and click on "Register now" and just leave the phone alone for a minute so it can register all your service books again. Then try the web again.

If all else fails pullthe battery and try again ..> Still no good? Call your carrier.

Hope this helps

RIM Blackberry Pearl Can't hear incoming/outgoing calls

After receiving a message with sound, push the button on the side that activates voice dialing. It sometimes takes activating it twice, but it will turn the sound back on.
