Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.

what you can do is buy a connector kit from a mototola place and connect it with your computer, then you will be able to see all the numbers on your phone, you will have to maybe manualy transfer the numbers but at least you will have the numbers
