I just got a Siemens Lotus 13P and would like to know if there is a guide to set the three trimmers with my audiogram?

Is the (acoustic) tube obstructed or partially blocked ? If the problem is inside the hard plastic flesh-coloured opaque part, you will need to take it a technician, return it to the manufacturer, or replace it. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

You may be able to adjust the sensitivity of the device iusing the small, partially recessed wheel on the back of the unit - in fact this is the largest of the controls !
Otherwise you need to take the unt and yourself to an audio technician for adjustment

I had the same probelm:My phone started using a female to tell me if somebody called to sent a text message.

Solution: Tools -> 6)Voice Control -> 5)Voice Guide Set Alert to Off Set Reader to Off
I don't know how it got into this state, but turning off the Voice Guide Alert and Reader made it go away.

If you havent gotten an answer since posting this question, let me just say that I have fit many Siemens Products over the years with great success. Their instruments are reliable and the company stands behind the product.

The hearing instrument you mentioned may or may not be the product for you depending on your hearing loss and your day to day hearing needs. You and your dispenser must determine this.

Hearing aids are generally adjustable and if you are not having the success you expected you must return to your dispenser for an adjustments.
