sir please check your system before printing any file how much you are requesting it to print if there is 1 then there is a problem with your computer's window reinstall it or back it up .. it will works fine Thank you
Most epson cartridge monitors lie! unfortunately!
if the image if getting fainter try doing a head clean do this by entering your control panel and bring up the printers and devices file, click on the printers icon and look for the maintence/cleaning tab..tell it to do a deep clean if it doesn't get any better it's more than likely the cartridges are nearly out...
go and buy some new ones:-)

On your computer, click mouse on windows icon in lower left corner of screen. When the menu appears, left click on 'printers'. Go to the icon representing the Xerox, and right click mouse. from the drop-down list, chose 'properties' at the bottom. The 'properties' window should appear. Under the ''general' tab, it should show 'yes' for double sided prints. Go to the 'accessories' tab and left click mouse. A list of installed accessories should appear. See if there is a 'duplexer' accessory available. If it is, left click on the duplexer display and add it to the Xerox. Left click mouse on "apply" tab, then left click on the "OK' tab. Exit out of 'printers' and test.
