This error code indicates that drain times are longer than expected. This could be a problem with one of the washer parts
including the drain pump itself, how the drain hose enters the stand
pipe, or maybe something is stuck somewhere in the drain system and
is preventing the water from flowing properly.
Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Straighten the hose for adequate water flow. Remove any blockage from the drain hose, drainpipe or utility sink. Use the U-shaped drain hose form on the drain hose, and secure the drain hose.
Remove the three screws that hold the lower access panel in place.
Here you will find the pump and the all important sump clean out, or as
we like to call it, the coin catcher.
The drain pump is easy to clean. It is white and has around cover facing the fron on the bottom. Take 3 screws out and remove the bottom cover, unscrew the round cover off of the drain pump, pull it out, and clean out all the coins, toys, hairpins, whatever else has been left in pockets and gone into the washer. When you screw the cover back on make sure the gasket is seated properly. Also, expect some water when you remove the cover.
ND means no drain. You can remove the back panel to access the drain pump. Remove the hoses fron the drain pump and remove the clog. Watch out water will drain out when removing the hoses. hope this helps....
try removing pump some models can be serviced fron inside well of machine glass can stop the pump from turning
clean out water and remove filters find a screw in base of well remove and remove pump housing check with torch to see if any obstuctions there if not see if the impellor moves around when turned and make shure that the pump is not worn out
Remove fron panel and check drain pump
