this is a genral problem in nokia n series phone.the only solution exist now a days to overcome this problem is to format the phone

1. Switch off your Nokia phone.

2. Hold down the following three keys, Green (call answer button) * Key, and Number '3? key.

3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.

4. Wait for message 'Formatting' to appear on the screen and release all keys once you see that message.

there must be software corruption in your mobile. kindly format your phone . this will able to fix your problem if still having this problem means then there must be some hardware problem in your mobile. kindly ask your service provider to fix this problem. but formatting your phone will fix your problem
