How to retreive your Puk Code

puk code I assume is not for the category of a network hub or switch but for a mobile phone. ????
Mobile phone network provider - get in touch with them and ask for PUK . its unique to each network provider

Well, the first thing you need to realize when you read this, is that your puk code is a personalized code.
This code is unique to your phone, thus, there is no standard code you can type in.

The only way that you can retreive your code is to have a look on the package which your sim card came in.
Your Puk and default pin should be stated clearly on the card.

Otherwise, you need to call your service provider from a Sim which is from the same provider.
This is a toll free number, thus, you will not be charged. Explain to the assistant that you need to retrieve your puk code.
They will ask you your phone number and give you your puk.

Once you have your puk code, you will be able to reset your pin code.

Unfortunately, the lock codes are designed to not be easily broken by just anybody. That defeats the purpose. Your local Sprint store may be able to help, as they handle Boost as well, but I suspect that their recommendation will be the same as mine:

Reset the phone back to factory defaults, and start over. See your user manual for instructions.
