RCA RTD300 Tech Support

After having been given a total of six (6) different numbers to call for Tech. Support on the RCA RTD300 Home Theatre system, the final, valid number was 1-800-433-7316. Evidently, there has been a major shake-up with the tech. support for this product. The representative told me that there is a website which isn't up and running yet for parts etc. for this system. The website address is http://1800customersupport.com I've been attempting to locate a replacement remote for the system, with no luck so far. Hopefully, this will save someone from going through the aggravation that I've experienced in attempting to get some assistance from RCA.
