On the page which opens:

• Select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) from the drop-down list
• Select the Language (English) and click the Search button
• Download and install the drivers and software from the next page which opens.

Just choose your operating system, push "search" and choose your drivers/software to download.

You do not need the install CD to use the webcam. Depending on your operating system (XP, Vista,etc.) once you plug it into your computer, the computer should look for and install the drivers you need for it to function. If it does not, just go to the manufacturers website and get the drivers from them, or google the type and model webcam you have and add "drivers" after it. It will take you to the webpage with the drivers you need. Just pick the one that is for your operating system, download it, and install it. Reboot the computer and everything should be fine.
