Samsung UE32ES6100 no backlight

Repair Samsung UE32SES6100
No backlight
problem after research DM852/DM854 power board short circuit
I had no replacements for these fast recovery NFE460 600 v 4 amp 75 msdiodes but i had U8100E 1000v 8 amp fast recovery and it worked well. i bend the legs to fit in the old position of the nfe460. Wach out for Anode and Kathode !

I disconnected the plug of the backlight, switched the tv on and measured power on the board connector J820. see the tabel beneath c9102. had no power

Switched off the tv and took the power lead off.
then i took an external power supply and did put about 60 v dc on the pins of L12/4 and the other one pins 6 and 8/9 of the cable that runs to the backlight. take care of plus and minus dc.
look at the screen while doing that and i saw the backlight light up !
So it must be the power supply.

I have a RCA LED55C55R120Q TV, the screen's black and there is sound. But is my backlight inverter part of my power circuit board?

If you are not sure, then I suggest you take it to a local repair technician as they will be able to properly diagnose the problem and replace the correct parts. If you try an do it yourself you run the risk of doing more damage as this a highly technical job.

how to replace the backlight inverter board on Samsung smart tv UN55ES6100F?

If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
In some models of LCD TVS; the backlight inverter and its T'Con board will be a part of the panel itself, and will be a built-in type inside the LCD panel. If so, they can't be replaced. In this case; a panel replacement is the only repair. For some other models, the backlight inverter section circuit will be a part of the main power supply regulator [SMPS]. To such sets, the power supply section circuit too should trouble shoot. Contact any service technician. The circuit will differ with models and versions.

I have a samsung ln-t4053h that had a bad caps. I replaced the caps and the tv turned on fine and i put a flashlight to the screen and the screen turns on but the backlight is on 10 and it looks like its not on at all so that leads me to believe the backlight inverter. As I was testing this the power board slipped and touched a metal part in the back of the tv, sparked, and now the tv wont turn on at all. I figure that i shorted out the power board. If I replace the power board will me tv turn on again and if I replace the backlight inverter will that solve my backlight issues

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.
