You can use Cmd+Shift+3 to take a screenshot of the entire screen or you can use Cmd+Shift+4 and then select only the area of the screen you want to capture. Hope that helps!
Push the "command", "shift" and "4" buttons at the same time. This will produce a screen shot of the screen which will be saved to the desktop. You will be able to open this file and print it.
Cmd+Shift+3 : similar with PrtScn for Windows, whole desktop activities capture.
Cmd+Shift+4: Region capture.
Cmd+Shift+4+Space: entire window capture.
