There's no hard reset on this phone. Here's what you want to do. If your phone is currently locked on your home screen pres 111111(do not press unlock because it'll only give your 4 spaces, just do it until you see the 1's appear). You should see Options or Service appear,if Options, select options then service, if service select service. You should see reset lock, select it then click yes. It'll ask you for a 6-digit code. This is called the 6-digit service programming code or SPC, just call MetroPCS' customer support and have them give you the SPC, once you've entered it, your phone's lock code will reset to 0000 or the last four digits of your phone number. If it'snot locked it'll be easier for you to enter 111111 on the home screen. Follow the same procedure.
I have a Sanyo Katana II and have reset my lock code while enebriated and now I cannot remember the new lock code; I have gotten in with the ##3282# but need the other number
