hp c410a photosmart printer can't clear paper jam message and get general printer error code ox6100004d.

1) Be certain your Ink cartridges are not fake.

2)
Partial Reset
The partial reset only refreshes the printer into a responsive state and does not delete any setting from your printer. This type of reset fixes printer issues such as an unresponsive printer. Wireless issues, cartridge mismatch and errors and more. I would recommend starting from this type of reset first then if it does not work, try proceeding to a higher type of reset. To to this all you have to do is:

Turn ON the printer.
While the printer is ON. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait for 10 seconds.
Press and hold the "#" and "3" keys on the printer keypads while plugging the power cord back into the back of the printer.
Wait for 10 seconds before releasing both keys.
Your printer should now start to reset.
Semi-Full Reset
The semi-full reset fixes a lot of issues. However it removes all the setting on your printer and you need to re-enter all your settings like printer language, wireless setting, etc.. back into the printer once the reset is complete. To do this all you have to do it follow the same process in doing a partial reset but pressing the "#" and "6" keys instead.

Full Reset
Doing a full reset is not really recommended. This is only applicable when all troubleshooting steps has been exhausted. To do this, all you need to is use the "#" and "9" keys with the same process as the the partial reset.

Can only connect to the internet wirelessly for about 2-3 mins before signal drops off and can't get it back. Router is new last month and started noticing usage issues last week. On the face of the router the airport bars are constantly flashing. Is my router dead or is there something I can do to remedy this issue?

I'd start off with a hard reset by holding down the reset button down in the back of the router for 15 seconds, I usually cut the power, hold the button down for 15 seconds, power it back on, wait another 15 seconds, THEN I release the button.
That will set everything back to default. Once you've got the router up and running again I would check D-Links support page to make sure you've got the latest firmware version.
That should address your issue, if not, contact D-Link support for an RMA ;)

i can't access ther router using 192.168.0.1

Hi Wafula,

Unplug the Dlink, wait 2 min, and plug it back in. If that work, on the back is a small hole, marked RESET. Using a pencil, or straightne out a large paperclip, press that the button inside gently. Hold it for 30 sec. Release and unplug the unit. Shut down the whole network. "Starting from the wall", power up the modem, wait 2 min, power up the Dlink, and power up your machine. Your Dlink should be at default now. Remember to reset you security, change the password, etc.
I have had to do this several times, sometimes unplugging the power, and plugging it back while holding the button. (Got 3 hand?)
Good luck!
