Helicopter does not respond with remote, lights will dim ever time on helicopter when trying to respond, what is the problem ?

I bought an RC T-40, first 2 flights were ok,right after the controller and the heli dont connect, l.e.d. on both are blinking and neither of them work. any ideas on how to fix it?
you need pair the device to slowly move the left controler all the way up up then down, wait 3 seconds it will beep this means its done the "pairing" is complete now fly away :)
