2.Make sure the PAL(Europe)/NTSC (USA/Canada) switch is in the correct position. The switch is located in the console's battery compartment. Turn the console off before switching between PAL and NTSC

If this is a game which feeds a television monitor, the first thing to check is the cables between the game and the television or monitor. Likely there is a mismatch of cabling. The jacks from the game are not the same type of jacks at the monitor. If the game feeds composite video down one cable and it is plugged into the jack which accepts component video, the cables for the color are Pb and Pr or similar lettering.The monitor is looking for color information and is not receiving it from the game. Check the cables at each end to make sure there is a match in the outputs of the game to the inputs of the monitor.

Same problem; it happened when my daughter got over 999 boot boxes, the counter wrapped, the problem occurred. If you create or play under a new profile it works fine.

Try reinstalling the mouse driver. hook up an external usb mouse into the tower, or just tab your way into the internet, and google a mouse driver download. if that doesnt work just stick to the external mouse.

If its conneted through the dvd player,change tv input to dvd.

If not, then change tv input on remote until it comes on.

Remove 3 screws from bottom of mouse. Remove and clean "prism" with glass cleaner. Use Q-tip to clean receiver next to LED. Hope this works for you too!

Try pressing the on/off button to turn it off. I had a same problem. I depressed the on/off button for ~6 second or so and the device turned off. When I turned on again, the LeapReader no longer had a white light and was recognized by my computer.

my leap pad ultra is at that part of turning off wher their is only a dot of wite left on the screen.it is still doing that and it has been at least 2 hours since i played it. it wont turn on either now.i am a kid sorry if their are spelling errors
