Please read all instructions before proceeding. If 1 does not work go to 2, then to 3.
1. Clean your mouse on all surfaces, I use a windex wipe that I have wrung out to remove some of the moisture, or you can spray a soft cloth with windex. It is surprising how dirty a mouse can get.
Do not get the mouse wet. You also need to clean the surface where you use the mouse to free it of dirt and oils.
2. Go to Start>Control Panel>Mouse and check your pointer/wheel/button settings. They may be set to very slow levels.
Make changes slowly, so you can see how your mouse responds.
3.
Please go slowly and carefully when attempting this solution:
Start>Right click on My computer>Properties>Device Manager>Mice or pointing devices (expand the category and right click on your Dynex>Click on Update Driver>Choose look for driver in all places. This will let us know that you are using the best driver for your mouse or it will find a new one.
