Auto renewal for what? Assuming it's for an antivirus program, write a letter, yes, a letter, to the supplier of the antivirus program cancelling yuor subscription, and send it recorded delivery. Drop a copy of the letter to your bank. If you get charged subsequently, you then have recourse against your bank: there is no need to bother the antivirus company. The bank will do that for you :)

Was the unit recently dropped? Or fell into water?

From the Login screen where you see the names, there is a "settings" tab at the top... click that and it will let you click the name you don't want and then delete it..

You can fix this. Inside the battery compartment (where the batteries are inserted) in the base unit, there is a switch that toggles between "PAL" and "NTSC". If you are in the U.S., make sure the switch is on NTSC, not PAL. this will most likely fix your issue.

Bring it back to the store and complain, get a new one.

This will happen if the RF transmitter and RF receiver cannot communicate with each other. Make sure that the see-thru red plastic cover on the front of the keyboard is not being blocked by anything and that it has a clear, straight path to the see-thru red plastic on the front of the game console. I know my son keeps getting mad at his when it won't work, but it's because he either turns the keyboard so it can't "see" the game console or he puts something (like a pillow) in front of the keyboard. Hope this helps.

Have you tried changing the av settings on the tv? It wasn't working with my tv because I had plugged the av cords into the side of my tv but didn't change the av setting to read it. The av outlets on the back of the computer were linked to channel 4, but the side ones were linked with av1 or av2.

Make sure there is nothing blocking the path between the keyboard and the console. It needs line of sight to work properly. If this doesn't help; I'm sorry. This fixed my problem with the same issue.

You can buy expansion packs that have other characters like Dora, more Scout etc. I'm not exactly sure what other characters they have or if they have Diego or Cars.

The console connects to the red, white, and yellow av plugs located usually at the back, sometimes on the side, of your tv. Typically this will be linked with channel 4, but could also be another av selection depending on your tv.
