Check battery volltage to make sure battery is still at opperating voltage.Sometimes dash lights will come on if battery is to low to engage starter.

Do not try to spin engine over, Engine cylinder or cylinders are more than likely full of fuel . Injector is more than likely bad or pcm has got inj. held open.

Most likely your Rectifier has gone bad that is like the alternator to your Polaris. In other words the rectifier is what charges the battery and keeps it charged up. You should check it next.

One of three possibilities 1. Radiator core has trash in fins. 2. Radiator coolant is low. 3 cracked rings

Had the same problem. Once a year open (if possible) gas throttle and gear shift. Use a standard lubricating spray on everything. (power off first) shake and use compressed air to spread. Potmeters are dryed up and dont get signal. Let it dry after you sprayed it some times. Make shure you move parts. Connect and should be ok.

1. Remove the center caps from the rear wheels2. use a 13mm wrench and loosen the bolts3. remove the rear wheel4. pull the motor and gearbox out and disconnect wires to the motor5. remove the two screws that hold the motor to the gearbox

the motor is easy, just pull off the plastic hubcap with a flat head screwdriver, then remove the nut and bolt with a 13mm wrench, then pull off the wheel and gearbox and disconnect the wires from the motor then its just two screws that hold the motor on, for the circuit board it depends on wether you got the new style with the poly switches on the board or if they are seperate
