most likely need a new gearbox, identify which side its coming from then remove the motor from gear box and run motor by itself and see if it clicks, if not its the gear box

typically white is positive and black is negative, but check the wires with a multimeter and if it shows a positive value then your positive lead of your multimeter is connected to the positive, if the value is negative then your positive lead is connected to the negative

just a fuse on the battery, unless there was an aftermarket thermal switch added

try disconnecting on of the motors and see if the problem goes away, if it doesn't then reconnect and then disconnect the other rear motor, if the problem goes away after disconnecting on of the rear motors then that motor is your issue

sometimes there is a Philips head screw in the middle on top of the grill that needs to be removed, and then there is two clips on the side of the grill that pull outward toward the tires to fold the battery compartment down

I'd check the connector for the shifter switch, they hot melt glue them to hold them on, but sometimes they become disconnected or lose when driving

check the switch and make sure that it is securely connected

sounds like a loose shifter switch or foot pedal switch, try lifting the rear of the vehicle and then hit the gas pedal and see if it runs longer, if it does then your switches just need to be seated better

sounds like the battery is shot, if you shake the battery does it sound like there is sand in it? If it does then the cells are dried up, which is no good
