I have this same problem? What do you do? I bought a new charger thinking it was that and the light stays green on it too.

Get a hold of the manufacture and ask if they have a replacement part. They may even offer to fix it, but you may have to pay for shipping.

I had this same problem and it took me a while to figure it out and there is nothing in the manual that helps. It comes down to this, both parts of the chain, top and bottom, go above the tensioner.

check for loose connections on battery or replace battery

check the areas by the tires and charge battery fully. first start on a very small hill or maybe your drive way.
