It seems that the connection for normal sound speaker has got disconnected. Please have it checked and reconnected/resoldered. And use the phone very carefully. These things are very delicate with so much in so little a space. NO JERKS OR THUDS.

Your IMEI numbers are needed to unlock your HTC G1 mobile phone. Reveal the codes by pressing *#06# on your phone keypad. Then after getting the information, please go to an HTC UNLOCK CODE website for you to be provided with the correct codes. You also may need to know the country and network the phone was purchased from. thanjs

first you tell me that your mobile is getting hot at charging time or it always getting hot
but according to me this is not a problem because some device are getting hot at long calling time because at that time your device use more power and due to the continous use of more power its system get heated

late response im sure, but it sounds like you tried to install either a bad rom (ie wasnt made for the g1/improperly packaged) or it was rom that was corrupted in download. i would wipe data/cache, then try to install it again. if that doesnt work, just get yourself a sd card adapter pop it in your computer, download the firmware again, then reinstall with clockworkmod

"My phone doesn't get any signal"

If you bought the phone out of state, you could be roaming which would be one reason you have no signal. If your in a rural place that could be another reason.
