Regardless, to troubleshoot, please consider performing the following steps:

1. Shutdown your phone and start it up again. Try working with the Camera again.
2. If it is still not working, to validate if it is an issue with the native Camera app, please download Android Market camera apps like "Camera360 Free" or "FxCamera" and try clicking some pictures.

Where are you downloading apps from, the phone/tablet or on a PC? Have you setup a gmail account on your phone yet? A gmail account is required to register the phone/tablet on the android market.

the problem is tthat android cant play very many video formats you have to donwload an app to play them, i highly suggest MX video players its simple and plays anything and is free!

well each phone has its own set of tools but for the droid google makes a Droid SDK(software development kit) that can be used to create and test all Droid apps. if you do a google search for Droid SDK google will bring you rite to it.

Every android device should have a google account tied to it (whether you know it or not.) It is REQUIRED to have a google account to download apps to the device. If your device is PIN locked and you do not in fact have a google account then you are SOL. It is a security feature so that people can not get into a device that has been lost or stolen. First step is to go to settings then apps, select Polaris app and then touch "clear data" and "clear cache". Next check to see if your app is working correctly, if not, uninstall and then reinstall the app. If it is a paid for app, Google play store will know, also doing an uninstall and install should not delete any saved files you have created previously. Go to settings and touch backup and restore, then touch restore and if it gives you the option, put a tick in erase everything or erase SD card. Touch restore and the tablet will reboot. If it is a chinese tablet, be aware that you will have to reset it's language to your preferred option. If you've never had to do this before practice by going to the language settings and remember it's icon to be able to go back to it after the tablet is restored. Hope this helps.
