Tablet locked factory reset
turn off device, hold volume up/down and power on. use volume up/down to select the factory reset and power button to select.
Unlock account
login with your google account to unlock it. Otherwise you will have to do a hard reset, by holding the volume up/down and home and pressing the power button, when it turns on use volume up/down to navigate to reformat and hit power button to select. *NOTE: This will erase and reset your device to factory defaults. So try the first method
My phone is locked out...do not know google
if you remember the actual google ID, just type that and then type the password as "null" in LOWER case, once you do this you will be able to unlock the phone.
2nd solution- you have to reset your phone completely, and you will loose all the information which you had stored in the phone memory, and the SD card wont be effected by this. if its a Android 1.6 version then hold 1.VOLUME UP key, 2.SEND key, TRACK BALL, and the END key at the same time, and hold it untill the phone vibrates, this will unlock your phone
if its a Android 2.1 version, then hold 3 keys
1, volume up key
2.send key
3.power key. hold it till the phone vibrates, relese after that
select data factory reset and then select yes delete all user data, then select reboote system now. and your phone will start rebooting. and your phone is unlocked

Android reboots continually
Did you recently flash it to another firmware/rom? Possibly a hacked one?
One thing you can do is reset it to factory and see if that fixes it. Another is to flash it with a rom meant for it.
When browsing with teh basic browser that comes
Your browser will sometimes close when it detects a page fault on the website. If you continue to have problems with certain pages, I recommend installing Google Chrome from the Play Store
On Facebook it says I can't open a new tab until I close one
Not sure about your question but are you talking about closing tabs in the browser on your android phone?
Open the browser and tap the "tabs" icon (top right).
You should then be able to scroll through all the open tabs and close the ones you don't want by tapping the X on the tab.
If I misunderstood your question, please provide more info as to what browser, OS or device are you using.
Google.com search won't load up
is it just google.com that wont load or any webpage?
if nothing is loading then you have a problem with internet not a specific website
