I think you should open Google Chrome without Sandboxing feature. In some cases reported, this feature was found to be the main element responsible for frequent crashes.
1. Right click Chrome icon.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click the Shortcut tab.
4. At the end of the Target textbox, type the following command:
" -no sandbox"
(without quotes; of course)
5. Click OK.
I have had similar problems before but not with facebook. Login pages can disappear like smoke for no particular reason but mostly clearing cookies and a restart clears the problem.
Try this. to fix this error, open Internet explorer browser and navigate to tools ,internet options. Under internet options choose connection tab, then select LAN settings and see whether the check box is checked or not for the option to use a proxy server for your LAN.
Make sure you have the http:// prefix copied in the url. Beyond that, I would think it would be up to the recipient's email client/program to display the link as clickable.

Conduit is malware. Get rid of it first, and reboot. Start by downloading the free version of Malwarebytes (Anti-Malware) from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ install it and run it - that takes an hour or more. It should locate and deal with malware like Conduit in your computer. Then reboot and try again.
There are more detailed methods if that did not remove it all.
Go to search. Type msconfig. Click. Click on boot tab. Check on safe mode. Restart. When restarted, click on settings. Click on advance settings. Go to change proxy. Then LAN. Erase check mark. Apply. Okay. Back to search. Type msconfig. Restart.
