Need to reset nec phone
Easiest way to reset the phone is to unplug it then plug it back in. If you are talking about resetting the voicemail associated with the phone extension, that's a little more involved. If you need the voice mail reset, you need to have the voice mail administrator (typically the receptionist) go into his/her voice mail and choose the MGR option if using the display "softkeys" and follow the prompts to reset the users security code or voice mail acct. If softkeys aren't available, follow the voice prompts to "system manager" and either delete the security code or reset the extensions voice mail entirely.

Good Day! Suddenly our 3
Hello, you didn't mention if the office phone was ringing and if it was which line was ringing when you tried to answer it. From the other information you provide, I suggest you do another test, make two calls in to your number at the same time to see if one of the calls comes in on line 1 or line 2. If the 3rd line is your main number and it is not working then making two calls in at the same time would force one of the two calls to roll to one of the other lines. This would verify that the 3rd line is not working and causing your trouble. If this is the case, the trouble could be from the service provider or in your phone switch or wiring. You could start by reporting the trouble to your service provider to see if they can test the line and determine if the trouble is in their equipment. Often, the service provider needs to have the customer premise equipment isolated(disconnected) from the circuit to conduct a valid test but if it is an open in the cicuit(line) the service provider may be able to "see" it without isolation from the customer equipment. If the service provider has to come on site to determine the trouble, you could incur a cost if they find that the trouble is caused by your equipment or wiring. At this point it may be best to call your phone system technician to determine where the trouble is depending on the cost of a service charge of your vendor compared to the service charge of your phone service provider.
