Code for date & time

Depends on which system you have. M7310 is just the phone model which is compatible with all norstar meridian systems.

The easiest way (which only works on one of the phone system models) is to dial Feature ** TIME
and use 23646 as the password. If feature **TIME doesn't work for you, it might be best to do it with someone over the telephone since it can be slightly tricky.

HI, I can not reach

1st check to see that the feature is turned on. More than likely you have a asterisk/elastix style pbx. You might have performed an update and the defaults might have changed.

Hello. I have a M7310

What? They are either programmed or not programmed. If the button is blank, I'm voting for NOT programmed.

If your system is old enough, it's probably lost the backup battery. Ugly things, like pulse dial and only 2 lines are what usually happens, along with losing all of the button mapping but your 2 lines and the default programs of LNR, CONF, etc.

If it's just one phone, there's no magic recall. You'll just have to reprogram it. Same with the system if you've lost everything, but I"d call a repair tech first to fix the battery on the software cartridge.

All of the lights on

Insure that the phone line is plugged in firmly. also, follow the phone line down to the other end (the end NOT connecting to your phone) and make sure that it is firmly connected there as well.

Thanks and hope this helps! please rate if it does.

CAN I JUST BUY A REPLACEMENT PHONE AND HOOK IT UP

If you buy the same model # for the replacement, you will not need to do any programming. The programming is stored in the phone system, not the phone.

Can i put 2 M7310

No. Each jack is an indivual port and can't be shared or split. You can however hook up another port to the cabiling at that location and use a duplex jack to activate another phone.

We just got a reburbished M7310 to replace one

You can just plug it in. Programming is by the extension, not by the phone. If the new phone is the same as the one that went belly-up, it will work just like the old one.

How do I choose the radio station for background

To my knowledge this setting is set at the main switch or PBX at your company or building. A technician would have to log into the main switch and program the new radio station, but that change would be for all phones in your office.

How do I redo our company voice mail to set up -

The programming of the individual paths is done in CCR programming. First you have to disable the CCR tree to change the programming This is accomplished by entering feature983>password>AA>table>Gtng table:1 (might be a different table but 1 is the most common)>press either ok or next til you see CCR tree: 1 then press CHNG and disable. Next press the * key til you return to the main menu ( mbox AA OTHR) and press the OTHR soft key. Press the CCR soft key >admin>and the tree number(probably 1). At this point it asks for a "path" number. A path is the action when a certain digit is pressed (1 for Dale..) Enter path 1> transfer>int>and 223 (which is dales extension number) and ok.Continue with the remainder of the paths until done.Next press the END soft key and the SAVE>SAVE as tree 1 YES soft keys. Lastly don't forget to re-enable the CCR programming AA>table>GTNG table:1>>>>> CCR tree: disable. CHNG>and the number 1. Press the Rls key when finished.
