M7310 voicemail
You need to access Admin programming in the phone system and navigate to Capabilities and change the Forward No Answer to the DN of the voicemail....if unsure of any of this you need to be calling your vendor that handles the system for all issues or questions.
Power source
A Nortel Key Service Unit, an ICS (MICS,CICS), BCM (50,100 etc), Norstar (308,616,824), an Avaya IP Office running Nortel cards, or there is another company that makes a Nortel emulation key system but I can't recall what it is right now.Carl

Mod cord, cable, jack or system port issue, call in your local tech/vendor to repair it.

Do you mean Voice Mail?Have your office manager or on site admin change it or call your local vendor for admin training or cheat sheet.You can also get required info from any Norstar Setup and Operation Guide
I can not access my main line
If a system defaults programming it assigns only lines 1 and 2 to each set.You either had this issue or somebody removed line 3.Call a tech in to program.
Norstar m7310 reset admin password
When you do F985 it will show the DN of vmail, then you press 9.Maybe you have a BCM and not a Norstar, same phones work on both.In this case call a tech in.
What does flashing green message light mean on norstar?
M7310 does not have a red light.And even if it did you answered your own question....you left that phone a message so now it flashes to let that person know they have a message.F65 to see who left messageF#65 to clear MSG and/or light.
