3. When you see "Log:" enter "120000" for 2 digit extension numbers, enter "1020000" for 3 digit extension numbers.
4. Press "OK".
5. Press "MBOX".
6. Press "CHNG".
7. Enter the mailbox number you wish to reset.
8. Press "Reset".
9. Press "Rls" to exit (orange button to the right of the number buttons).

The office you bought them most likely had digital phone lines and you are using analog.

If the destination mailbox has existing new or saved messages, there might not be enough capacity to allow the message to be copied into the mailbox. Check the destination mailbox to see if this is the case.

Hi guys, i hope everything ok with you all, the reason i contacting with you is, im live in Tampa Florida by the Tampa International Airport and i do have my own company, but there is anyone who wants to throw away or wanted give it away for free the Norstar Phones M7310 M7324 T7316e and if you have also the Norstar systems 6x16 or 3x8 and doesn't wanted anymore at all because you buy a differents phones and systems or something happen you can donated to us and i can go personal and get it, please we just have 7 oldest M7310 since 1989 and 2 of them starting giving me problems, and i trying many different ways and making a lot phones calls, and there is no Technical Support can help me at all, please there is somebody who live in Tampa or near to Tampa can donated to us the Norstar telephones and the Norstar Systems 6x16 or 3x8 beside throw it away please, there is somebody available, no matter how is the Norstar Meridian telephones looks like and same with the Norstar systems if long is working fine and in good or better or perfect conditions we can accept that with all our heart. To program a intercom key for your boss. press feature *2, press the button you want to be your bosses button(one of the ones on the lower end of the phone where the LCD screen is), then enter in his intercom number.

Sounds like one of the buttons in the top field are stuck down. Check them carefully.
