If you have an active voicemail... but have never activated it:
The default password is 0 0 0 0 (four - zero's)

The voicemail will talk you right through setting up voicemail, after the set up you can press 8 anytime you are in the voicemail to make changes to your account.

You are probably inadvertantly did a busy station signal to sta 24 and are still queued up to it. Call 24 AND have them ANSWER to clear it. You may have to do it multiple time as most systems will allow 8 stations in the queue

Does it light up? Does the speakerphone work? Have you swapped the cords and handsets?

I'm have trouble seeing through the internet and do not know what make or model you are referring to? Have you tried being ON THE HANDSET and then pressing the handsfree/speakerphone key?

Make sure its plugged in right.

Try swapping them with phones that are working. Make sure they are not in DND as well.

Norstar M7310 features inactive All features are inactive. I have done the following: 1. Press [Feature] **938378 (XFtest). The password will be 266344 (Config). 2. Your display will read Feat code: and you will have options First and Exit. 3. Press First. The first stored feature code will appear, and you will have options Test, Back, and Next. 4. Press Test. Your options will read Remove and OK. Press Remove. 5. Once the feature code is removed, press Next to go to the next code. 6. Do this with all codes until your display reads None Registered 7. Release Next I am told to Restore connections to the voicemail ports from the KSU. Power the system back up. But I do not know how to do this. Please advise. Thank you!

You shpuld check the user's manual of your cantral, starting with the queston if it supports this function. If don't have a manual, you can look for one online using Google search for MANUAL, NorStar Phones and THE MODEL

Ask the central.If there is no operator, ask someone push extensions till yours start ringing

U just go to profile then chose the ringtone u would like.

Did you try 23646 (admin) for the password too?
