Check the forward no answer setting for number of rings on each extension that has ringing lines. The number of rings should be more than the auto attendant is set to answer with.

Feature **8463 should ask for a password **266344 this should allow you to change the time. Note the time is the same on all phones in the system not just yours.

I will advice you try reset the unit, once the unit is reset, the problem should be fix. Follow this steps to reset the unit,
Turn
off the phone, remove the AC adapter, press and hold the page/call
button that is on the phone and plug back your Ac adapter, this will fix
the problem.

You can use FEATURE *70 and dial the intercom number. You can also program a button for Conf/transfer function. Pick a spare button, and with the handset down press FEAT *3 FEAT *70.

Order a 3rd line or order Central Office voice mail. If you have 2 calling paths to your premise, that's all you get.
There are other ways around this, like Call Forward Busy to a voice mail only line you control, but it's pretty much the same priciple as CO Voice Mail. Depending on how well you shop, $10 or less gets you the service.
