The engine runs wide open at start the throttle

Its a spring! Under the fuel tank there is a link that goes from your carb to your govenor. Replace the spring by taking off the fuel tank, romove breahter and filter assembly, and then your carb. From there you can easily remove and replace broken spring. Take caution when removing the carb so that to dont damage the gaskets!

Starter cord wont pull

Try removing your spark plug, you could have fuel on top of the piston or even "vapor lock". If that doesnt work try squeezing the trigger of gun/wand as you pull.

I have the same power washer.
When you go to restart it you need to hold the sprayer nozzle so the their is no pressure in the hose. It is even better if you take the tip off the spray nozzle and then while holding the spray nozzle open restart. It will start up real quick. I never start it now with the hose on or attached at least from a cold start. Kind of a pain.
I will also tell you this. This morning I had two bolts shear off the main pump. I have used it 5 times and have had it only a year. I am hoping this is a fluke since I really do like the pressure washer. Jim

The pressure is 50% coming out the wand.

There could be a blockage, but in all the years I have used them I have never had it happen or heard about it happening so i would say that your pump is going bad. the pump is where the pressure builds up and shoots the water out the wand. Look to see what kind of warranty (how long it is good for) and if you are still inside the limit I would contact the store where you bought it and take your receipt and warranty card with you, and then you still may have to send it to the manufacturer or their repair shop.

NO PRessure

Hi It sounds to me like your unloader valve is stuck, this is the thing that is meant to move up and down when pressing the trigger. Please remove the unloader valve assembly and check for damage. If no damage is found then grease and lubricate this part and replace and this should work ok again.

Sounds like the float my be partially stuck closed. It allows enough fuel to run a few seconds then the engine uses it faster than the float lets the fuel back in. I would remove the float bowl and flip the float up and down a few times to make sure it is free and try it again.

My Honda 11hp gx340 runs

Leave the choke on longer and back it off gradually. It will need at least a little choke until warmed up.
If that fails it is a carburation fault making it run too lean

If the engine starts after being choked but then stops soon after. Solution: The low needle on the carburetor is probably too lean. Adjust the Low End needle until you achieve a smooth idle and a reliable transition to high throttle. Generally if the motor stutters or coughs in the mid range or when the throttle is advanced, the low end needle is too rich and possibly even the high end needle.

Engine will not run but a few minutes at a time

Check your spark plugs, see if they are failing, if they are then your motor is getting to hot. meaning that you either have the fuel mixture set to high or the setting on the spark plugs are not correct causing you to burn hot.

Pressure washer lost pressure in the middle of a job

The pressure valve has stuck in the high pressure position. This prevents anymore inflow and hence no further water will be pumped.

Rebuild the valve... There are O Rings to replace and clean the bore with croocus cloth. Lube the O rings with plumber's grease... good as new! 15 minute job. Get EXACT sized O rings for the unit.
