Honda 3000 will not restart

hello this is a common thing what you do is drain all the gas out of tank and carberator take off the cup and drain it to becarfull because the jet may fall out take a dry rag and stick it in the tank and have a flat face screw driver are something to clean the tank put fresh gas in it and it should fire right up if not take out the spark plug but leave it hook and pull the string to see if you getting fire if not it is your coil that is bad if you see rust on the coil where the fly wheel is take a sand papper and sand it real good now when you put it back on set your screws and then take a dollar bill put it between the flywheel and the coil thats the space you need so it would send fire tighten your screws and that should do it if not buy you a new coil if it is giving fire some time you still have to chang your spark plug i hope i helped you have a bless day

What is the maximum water temp my machine can take?

The manufacturers do not recommend more than 120deg inlet temp. Overheating is a comon and serious problem for these high RPM direct drive pumps. Heat builds whenever the trigger gun is not pulled. Some pumps have special "hot pack" kits available, but even that maxs out at 160deg. Most real washers made for hot water, heat the water after the pump, not before. Special separate Hot Boxes are available for 2k or so.

Crank pull cord doesn't pull out on honda pressure

if the fuel tap has been left on it may have fuel on top of the cylinder and would not able to pull cord.
if so take the spark plug out and turn over, fuel may come out of hole.replace spark plug and try to start. if it still won't turn over, you will need to take the face plate off the motor. remove and inspect if there is any foreign objects. try to turn motor over by hand., grab on to fly wheel & turn. if it moves freely it may be the pull start it-self. try pulling the cord out. if no problem assemble and try to start.

Pressure washer stalls

Pressure washers work under very dirty conditions, no wonder they encounter engine problems. Here are a few pointers from a former pressure pump tech. The unloader is a source of engine overloading however this can easily be checked with a pressure guage attached to the gun with a tee fitting having the guage and the normal tip used for the unit. The pressure should never rise over rated pressure. The pressure should drop considrably when trigger is released. The life of the pump and engine can be increased by setting max pressure to 75% of rating. Most engine problems are from following conditions:
Leaking or misadjusted valves; clogged muffer /spark arrester; weak spark coil that is about to fail completely; kill switch/oil sensor wiring and or sensor mal function; gas cap not venting properly causing vacuum in tank and wet or dirty air filter.
All these problems easy to check, fastest repair is to disconnect oil sensor wire to check oil safety system. Then temp replace coil with known good coil. Loosen muffer bolts to check for clogged muffler. Temp run engine without gas cap to check for vacuum. Finally if everything fails, run the engine with carb cleaner spraying directly into the intake. If the engine continues to run with carb cleaner then the problem is fuel delivey and faulty carb. enjoy

Gx160 Pressure Washer runs fine for 20 seconds Then shuts off

It could be several things...oil level, make sure its sitting on level ground...if not did you use StaBil when you laid her up for the season? If not, go to Advance Auto and buy "SeaFoam" and following directions run it for as long as it will run...make sure you have water running through the pump during tests!
Good Luck
