run some oil in inlet/outlet/or/oil then connect hoses back what is going on is when you run it then store it the seals dry up keep it oiled when storing.

test compression in cylinder use a bit of oil remove igniter to do test also check to see if glow plug heats up

this could be a number of problems, first thing is replace the fuel filter

the burner should fire (kick in) when the trigger is pulled,and switch off when you release the trigger.

if it gettin diseal to nozel it ur photocel r thermostat

If your pressure washer doesn't have an electric start, then leaving the switch in the on position would have done no harm. (It might have done no harm even if it does have electric start, but that depends.) Your most likely problem is gummy gas residue. Have you tried a spray starting aid like "instant start"? If you get some firing with that, but does not keep running, then your gas supply is clogged, probably at the needle valve that operates via a float. If it keeps running, then you may have cleared the clog already. In any case, be sure to use a gas preservative like "Sea Foam" or similar to prevent this headache in the future. The oil in the pump is probably leaking because a seal is blown and water is getting into the piston housing. Take a look inside at the oil. It should be brown and translucent. If it is gray, white or milky, you have a blown oil seal. This reservoir should only be 1/3 full of non-detergent oil to begin with. Hope this helps

Water inlet filter lime or dirt , 2 nozzle dirt 3 floss with o-rings valves 1 valve has dirt or broken o-ring between 1 of the valves 4 pressure control valve was not screwed. the nozzle (if it is a dirtkiller) is is broken mostly porcelain.

I think you mean an UN Loader this is a valve that redirects (bypasses) the pressureized water back into the intake when you release the trigger When it is not working the machine continues to build pressure and will bog down hope this helps the ed

If it really bogs down to where the engine is struggling....it's the carburetor. It's not allowing the engine the fuel/air ratio it needs for peak performance.

If it is a twist coupler which won't turn, i use a pipe wrench or channel locks. If it's a quick coupler socket and the sleeve won't pull back, the quick coupler plug is bad. If you can't get them apart, both should be replacedTodd Lehkereplaced.

There will either be a drain plug in the side or on bottom of engine. you can also tip the engine and pour it out from the fill port.

most lawn mower shops can handle any repair on engine part of machine its the same engine thats on lawn mower , the pump well thats a bit more tricky , what i have done is remove it from engine and drain fluids and send it back to mfg for repair they send it back you install it back and put fluids back inside , whholla it works !!!

Sounds like the float in the carb is stuck. Take the bowl off, and check to see that the float is moving freely. Also check to see that the needle valve seat is clean - use a qtip or small wooden dowel to clean the seat.
