Campbell Hausfeld PW2102 Gas Pressure Washer - Page 3 Questions & Answers
Pressure washer stalls out when wand nozzle is released
common for not starting unless trigger engaged as you are turning the pump as well as engine creating pressure,as for stalling pump has unloader valve which is probably in need of grease(use good silicone grease)this allows water to ciculate when trigger released.

Water wizard how to change oil
There is a small Black threaded cap located on the Bottom portion of the motor. This is your drain plug. There should be 2, one is a little higher which is your Oil fill plug (usually Yellow or Red), the lower one which is on the opposite side should be your drain plug. Could also be a square head screw located at the bottom of the motor that you remove to drain the oil.
Hope this helps.

I have a gas powered 2200 PSI Cambell Hausfeld pressure washer when i try use it the pressure pulses up an down the complete time you hold the trigger down an ideal what i should look for Thinks
Quite often this can be caused by low water supply. Check the filter that the supply hose plugs in to and make sure your water supply has plenty of pressure and volume. There will be a water volume rating in litres per min (lt/min) or (gal/hr) depending on what part of the world you live in. You need to have at least that amount plus half again feeding the machine under a reasonable pressure 6ft/lb Gravity fed from a tank won't cut it. If it is vibrating and hardly working there is grit stuck under one of the valves which isn't a biggie but if you don't know how to disassemble the pump valves take it to someone who does as there are small parts like springs etc that are easily lost. It won't break the bank to get someone to repair it. Cheers. Hope this helps.

Where to find replacement carbon brushes Campbell Hausfeld pressure washer pw1350
Parts for Campbell Hausfeld can be found at
www.chpower.com. Campbell Hausfeld does not however, sell motor parts for many of their tools. You would have to call their 800 number and speak with a parts person to determine availability. You may be able to purchase a close match at a local True Value hardware store. They sell a variety of brushes for many major brands of tools. Purchase a slightly larger set of brushes and sand them to size. If the connector is different, cut off the old connector and solder it to the new brush.
